- Follow the ramp for the Airport Exit/Other Terminals exit the airport.
- Stay straight onto JFK Expressway.
- Merge onto Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 North toward Airport Exit/Return and Terminals/Long-term Parking/Rental Car Returns
- Merge onto Grand Central Parkway West via exit 10 on the left toward La Guardia Airport/Triborough Bridge
- Take the I-495 West/L.I. Expressway—exit 10 toward the Midtown Tunnel
- Take the Grand Central Parkway West—exit 10 west
- Merge onto I-495 West via the exit on the left (portions toll)
- Keep right at the fork in the ramp
- Take a slight right onto the Tunnel Exit St/Queens Midtown Tunnel exit
